Bag A contains 20-cent coins and Bag B contains 50-cent coins.

There are a total of 144 coins in both bags.

38 coins are transferred from Bag A to Bag B.

Then, 2 coins are transferred from Bag B to Bag A.

In the end, the number of coins in Bag B became thrice the number of coins in Bag A.

(a) How many coins were there in Bag B at first?

(b) Find the total value of all the coins in both bags.
