For every 4 Mercedes, there are 5 Bentley cars.

For every 4 Bentley cars, there are 5 Rolls Royce cars.

(b) The showroom sold 21 Rolls Royce cars and as a result, the percentage of Rolls Royce cars became 331/3% of the total number of cars in the showroom.
